What you are buying
Factory Builder is a self-service, one-off digital product. The Factory Plan is a personalised AI-tooling recommendation. The OA Starter Kit adds a build sequence, project-brief prompt and business-essentials checklist. The OA Blueprint includes the Starter Kit material plus self-service prompts and templates for a structured second-AI review, a one-page summary, basic numbers and conversation preparation. Each current product is delivered digitally; nothing is posted and no subscription is created.
Price, VAT and third-party costs
Factory Builder is intended for customers in the United Kingdom. Whip Smart Technologies Ltd is registered for UK VAT under number GB 526 2968 66. The pricing page shows the current total VAT-inclusive price for each product that is available to buy. A product is offered for sale only when its buy button is enabled and secure checkout opens; otherwise its description and indicative price are information only. Costs charged separately by an AI provider, host, repository, payment provider or other third party are not included; you decide whether to buy them and their terms and prices apply.
Payment and contract
Payment is processed by Stripe for each product shown as available to buy. Stripe handles card details; we do not receive or store them. An order is not accepted until we confirm it. Before secure checkout opens, we show the total price, selected product, these terms, the privacy notice and the information required for immediate supply. We provide the contract information on a durable medium by email. A tier is available to purchase only when its protected checkout, verified payment, private delivery and recovery route are enabled; an information page or disabled button is not by itself an offer we accept.
Immediate supply and cancellation
The downloadable plans, prompts and templates will be digital content. If we also perform a personalised service element, we will identify it separately at checkout. For digital content supplied immediately, we will ask separately at checkout for express consent to immediate supply and acknowledgement that the right to cancel is lost once supply begins. We will include that consent and acknowledgement in the durable confirmation. If that consent and acknowledgement are not given, we will not begin immediate supply. For any service started during the cancellation period, we will obtain the separate express request and provide the information the law requires; a service cancellation right is lost only where the law says it is.
Where a statutory 14-day cancellation right applies, you can use the model cancellation form below or make any other clear statement. This section does not reduce rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Model cancellation form
To: Whip Smart Technologies Ltd, Suite A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, United Kingdom, IP28 7DE; email: support@octopusassembly.com.
I/We hereby give notice that I/We cancel my/our contract for the supply of the following digital content/service: [insert product], ordered on [date], name of consumer(s): [name], address of consumer(s): [address], signature (only if this form is sent on paper), date.
Faulty or misdescribed digital content
Our products must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for a particular purpose that you made known to us and that we accepted. If there is a problem, contact us at support@octopusassembly.com. Your statutory remedies are not discretionary and may include repair or replacement, or a price reduction where the law provides. We aim to acknowledge a complaint within two UK business days and to tell you the next step promptly; this is a service aim, not a limit on your legal rights. Any goodwill refund is separate from those rights. Nothing in these terms affects rights that you have by law.
What the products are not
Factory Builder provides general information, prompts and planning templates. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, employment, regulatory, security or other professional advice. It does not create a professional-client relationship. You are responsible for deciding whether and how to act, and for obtaining suitable professional advice where needed. Third-party services are independent of us; their availability, price, terms, outputs and security are outside our control.
Using the product responsibly
Do not enter passwords, payment-card details, API keys, special-category personal data, confidential third-party information or unlawful material into the site. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for protecting any downloaded material and any separate third-party accounts you create.
Our responsibility
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, for business losses where you buy as a consumer, or for the acts or services of independent third parties. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing limits your statutory consumer rights.
Changes, law and complaints
We may change these terms for future orders by publishing a dated replacement. The version shown when you order applies to that order, subject to mandatory law. English law applies, but consumers keep the mandatory protections of their country of residence. If we cannot resolve a complaint, you may have other routes such as Citizens Advice or court; this does not affect your rights to complain to a regulator where relevant.
